Hi to do a clean install: 1. Boot from your snowleopard DVD. TO do this, hold the C key down as you insert the DVD and turn your mac on. 2. When the drive stops spinning i.e the DVD-rom drive, press command f 5 or, function key command f 5 to turn on voiceover if using a laptop computer.
