I haven't had any problems with this at all. Those things that VO has  
reported as being clickable have in fact been clickable. One tip  
though is that if you use groups mode, you may actually have to  
interact with the clickable text to be able to click on it. In my  
experience, the clickable things have worked better than it did on the  
PC with various screen readers where you had to route the mouse to the  
virtual cursor in order to actually click on the clickable object.
As a slightly off-topic question sprung out of curiosity, i wonder how  
those clickables are made in html/javascript whatever?
