Try taking off those Groucho Marx glasses and nose.
Just kidding.
When unlocking the phone with FaceID, try directing your face at the top center
of the iPhone’s screen, near the earpiece speaker, because this is where the
FaceID sensor is located.

Hi all,
My 16 Pro came today, and I’m loving it! It’s noticeably thinner than the 14
Pro was. The setup was a breeze, super fast, and absolutely no hiccups.
Looking forward to seeing what happens when Apple AI drops.
Cheers,

Changing genres is not a problem. What I want to do is to add
specific songs in albums to another genre. Can do?

Never mind this one, I did finally get Face ID to work. I don’t know about
anyone else, but it really wasn’t as easy as one would think using VO. I’d get
confirmation that my face was in the frame, but almost immediately it lost
focus. I had to retry setting Face ID up several times before I got
Hi,
This is fixed in sequoia. Other than that it is a bug in Mac OS 14n Sonoma.

like he stuck his finger in a light socket. I’ve seen others post about this.
is there a solution for it or do we just have to use a different form of
indication?
thanks.

OK folks,
I’m on and am well on my way to configuring the phone. I’ve set up both a pass
code and my Face ID. When I go to unlock the phone, it’s still asking for
passcode and not seeming to care about the Face ID. What do I need to do here?
Thanks for all your help on this, everyone!
I had an odd issue on my iPhone 13 the other day where I could not get the
screen to unlock at all. I had to restart the phone and that solved that.

I use the Overcast podcast app.
I am able to access all episodes of all of Jonathan’s various podcasts using
Overcast.
Overcast is a free app, and I think is the best podcast app available.

I have a little vision in one eye, so I was able to enter her passcode.
If I had not been able to do this myself, I would have called Aira, using my

FYI - my wife is fully sighted.

Brad,
Is your wife’s phone still having the issue? If not, how did you resolve it?
And BTW, I’m really impressed with your knowledge of this stuff and how you’re
able to help so many other people who need it.
