How can I deal with a capture on a web page? Can it be done without

Thanks for any suggestions.

Its not the same thing. It locks and I have to reenter my password. When it
sleeps it turns off and goes into a low powered state.

Hello all,
I was wondering where you go to disable the lock screen in Lion or change when
it comes up? I looked in system prefs under energy saver but only found stuff

Hi
I just recently got this programme and understand it's accessible. Sometimes I
can get the space bar to work as the play button, and sometimes not. The
command p does work consistently. The manual says 3 is supposed to work as the
record button but it doesn't. And sometimes the 1 and 2 button
Hi Jenny,
Recently I did two podcasts on using the Reminders app in iOS 5.1 with

They are at applevis.com.
I will paste the links below.

If I'm in the list that is in the top center that says list, and I click on it,
then at the top left it says shows list, which I click on that it has things
like friends and family, completed, and reminders.
I get what reminders are for, but what's completed,

and it gives me nothing.
How do I delete all my reminders that I had in the ap?
How do I go and find them all so I can delete them.

It's really easy. Go into the reminders app. Find the reminder you want to
delete.
Just double tap on the reminder where it says "double tap to edit details. ".
Then there's a delete button pretty much in the middle of the screen.

Hi,
I just got my 4S, and serie says she can't delete reminders, so how do I do it

I never could figure out reminders when I had 5.1 on the 3GS. Now I've got the

Someone told me how to delete an ical event, but I didn't really understand the
way they said to do it and it still keeps coming back three days later.

It's strange, because when I do an export, the 21833 photo's are only 10 GB,
but if I go into pictures, and attempt to copy the folder called iPhoto

Another thing is, when I copy the iPhoto library istead of exporting, i
Hi,
I would like to find out if there is a way that you can make the Adobi Flash
Player install the updates by themselves instead of bugging me about it

Hope so cause it gets rather old.

Okay, a bit of work ahead but I do feel vindicated on both accounts.
First, regarding the problem, not being able to send mail

do what Apple wants and switch to imap because the pop mail is
definitely busted somewhere. So as s
Hi Earle,
If this is a recent iMac purchase, the answer depends on what your friend
bought. When you order an iMac on line, you can configure it with either a
full size wired keyboard that includes the numeric keypad or an Apple Wireless

Is there a difference in the layouts between the MacBook Pro keyboard and the

That sounds like storage on the Gmail server. A lot of that gets weeded out by

As for storage, I use Time Machine backup. I have had to restore mail folders

Ok, thanks for that info.
I just hit command-shift-M to show my mailboxes, then command-I to look at

It's a pretty cool area, it shows how much each folder contains.
True, there might be some other folders in there, but they will be a
very small amount of stuff compared to iPhoto.
So if you just want a backup and to do it manually when needed then you
can just copy the iPhoto folder to your backup location and you're done.
No need to export stuff or do oth

it's probably not worth your time to weed out mail all that much. For

How do you guys deal with mail msg storage?
I understand the benefit of storing my msgs on my mac with spotlight and all,

I'm tempted to just not store any of them. After all, this is what I'm use to.

No need to really copy the entire Pictures folder. The iPhoto Library is
packaged up nicely within the Pictures folder and it's all you really need to
copy if what what you're wishing to do is make a copy of your same Library on
another machine.
The Export option that you chose will have most
