No. When you want VO to localize with the system you most likely have to wait till apple localize it. This might not mean that you can't get an arabic voice and edit documents in arabic, but it does mean that you won't hear the elements, forms, tables, menus etc spoken in arabic by VO. Ju

When we want the system localized, presumeably we have to install the language packs for that language in the instalation? I.e. If I want to run my system in French or here the VO Guide in French I need to install the French Language yes? Will this also install the keyboard layout? Thank you
