The suggested solution worked perfect!
PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER that the name of the file is "marvosym.sty" (in
windows standard installation it rests in C:\texmf\tex\latex\marvosym\)
and NOT "mavrosym.sty" as mentioned in the other Mail (probably a typo)

As a novice, I would like to migrate from ms_word to latex_world using
lyx_editor.
I am supposed to use the attached .tex template but unluckily the import to
lyx fails via Tex2LyxInvokedFromLyx.
