Unlikely. Please insert \listfiles to the preamble of your test case, view
pdf/dvi and copy the resulting *File List* lines from the LaTeX log file
(Dokument->LaTeX Log File). Mine looks as follows:

*File List*
 g-brief.cls 2003/05/08 v4.0.1 g-brief class
  letter.cls 1999/04/29 v1.2z Standard LaTeX document class
size11.clo 2004/02/16 v1.4f Standard LaTeX file (size option)
   babel.sty 2004/11/20 v3.8d The Babel package
germanb.ldf 2004/02/19 v2.6k German support from the babel system
marvosym.sty 2000/05/01 v2.0 Martin Vogel's Symbols font definitions
  europs.sty
 eurosym.sty 1998/08/06 v1.1 European currency symbol ``Euro''
 fontenc.sty
   t1enc.def 2004/02/22 v1.99f Standard LaTeX file
inputenc.sty 2004/02/05 v1.0d Input encoding file
  latin2.def 2004/02/05 v1.0d Input encoding file
