Is it appropriate to attach screenshots in these e-mails, or files?
Thanks.

Hi all,
I got a bit further, I found a workaround. If I export the file twice in a row
the page numbering gets right. For some reason my document is too complex and
needs one more go before the index files are right. Should I report
might be interesting for other people as well.

Hi,
Is there some way (e.g. in a .layout) to tell LyX to automatically

want the numbering to appear in the margin. Are there any packacges

That is true,
But we have 'organic' documentation so in time -thus after the document
is in use- the number of branches may grow. Then I still would like to
keep the available branches in sync over a range of documents.

Let me make it more clear: is it possible to put (not use) a branch

If you want I can send you an example which I use for 1.4.0cvs but this can
only serve as an example, it will not work since it requires other files which
I can not distribute (I did post another example a while ago).

Hi,
Is it possible to create a Lyx Style which accepts multiple arguments?
E.g. for,

I can not find any examples.

I have a .lyxpipe.in and .lyxpipe.out but how can I now set a branch to
active from the unix command prompt? Are there any examples on how to do
this?
If not, is it possible to use an external file to "use" to set the
status of the branches in an opened lyxdocument.

2) run, before you run pdflatex, something like

's/\(.*\.\)gif/\1png/'`; done
3) Do not use gif's but png's instead

mly useful feature. Unfortunatly the settings of a
branch in a master document are not propagated to child documents having
branches with the same name. Also, it is not possible - I mean I did not

3. Three (or two)

PS An even better option for me would be to define a begin_true,

Hello, all.
There seems to be a shortcut for adding a bar above a symbol (M-m,b),

Is there a keyboard shorthand to do this?
