Hi,
My cygwin lyx 1.4, with miktex works like a charm. Only one feature I
have working in Lyx on linux isn't working and I cannot get it to work
properly:
In my company.layout file I have:

\pagestyle{fancy}
\newsavebox{\oordlogo}
\renewcommand{\footrulewidth}{0.5pt}
\renewcommand{\headrulewidth}{0.5pt}
\lhead{}
\chead{}
\rhead{\includegraphics[width=15mm]{images/logo.eps}}
================
This returns:
LaTex Error: File `images/logo.eps' not found.[]
When I ask for a dvi or ps2pdf view.
I have tried hardcoding the path in the layout file but for some reason
the file cannot be found. If I run 'by hand':
lyx -e mydoc.lyx
latex mydoc.tex
I get a DVI file that holds the image.
Anyone a suggestion?
