Hi everyone,
I wonder if there's any way to get LyX to treat enter on the numeric keypad

the main return key? Particularly ctrl+enter to start a new row in multiline
equations?
I notice in preferences that ctrl+return is bound to "newline-insert newline",
and so I tried adding a key bi

Note 2: You do not need the Theorems (AMS) module for this to work, but you do
need the AMS math package loaded. To ensure this, go to document -> settings,
go to the "math options" section, *untick* "Use AMS math package
automatically",
and *tick* "Use A
Don't manually format your proof, but instead put it into a proof environment.
1. Add the theorems (AMS) module to your document: from the menu choose

list double click on "Theorems (AMS)". Of course you already need
For multiline formulae, you need to end it with "\tag*{\qedhere}". To enter
this in LyX, you don't need to specify the braces, just enter "\tag*" and press
space, then in the box that appears type "\qedhere".
This also seems to work for single-line formulae, so what I do is use a math

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to insert the text "ΨDO" into a LyX document (the first letter is
upper case Greek psi, the next two letters are Latin letters), which is the
standard abbreviation for "pseudo-differential operator". By the way, "PDO"
won't cut it since this is already an abbreviation f

It seems that by default captions are centered when they're less than one line
long, and justified when they're longer than one line. The best bet to change
this appears to be the caption package. Try adding this to your document's
preamble:

One way would be to open the file in Word and from there save it as an HTML
