Niko was asking about two different things:
1. He had to install a LaTeX document class before he could use it with LaTeX
(which LyX uses).
2. He had to install a LyX module before he could use it in a LyX document.
Presumably this feature being worked on only changes point (2)? The first point
is a LaTeX issue, which LyX has no control over.
