I agreed with you.
In 6.5, Creating directories. You don't have to have the /usr/local/game.
If it is only a recommendation, it should not affect the LFS itself.

book say:
Now move the static libraries to a more appropriate
location:
mv -v /lib/lib{readline,history}.a /usr/lib
But it seems that these libraries are still installed
correctly in /usr/lib by the "make install" command.

environment of chapter 6.
It would be great if we could tie people down, force their eyelids
open, and make them read! However, that would probably be torture. We
