Hi You need to go into option programming and change a 0 to a 1 the PBX is defaulted to re-order a new dial tone upon getting a extension flash. By making this change, it sends the flash to the phone company. Go into 7. Additional functions Sys 2 Option 5 Change to 1 Hope this helps Wolfga
