Go into Amanda and change the port layout so that company 1 is on 3&4 and company 2 is on 1&2, then swap the cables on the VM card. Since the top menu is your entry, it should be done in just a few minutes. Now, are the 3rd and 4th HARDWARE ports acting up, or could it be the second tenant VM ports on the KSU. Maybe you have some 11x integration issues in the KSU.
