You might consider calling the dealer back and asking how much 1 hour of training on the system would run, Or price out 2 or 3 dealers, I offer new customers 1st visit training for $50.00, After 1 hour most office can do all the changes needed in speed dial, programming buttons, changing names, etc., On top of that operators get tips on transferring, ring back to operator, flash to outside voice mail, Have a list ready and if he or she is a good trainer they will come with sheets to leave you that you can refer back to.
