Transfer the call to a UCD group that has only 1 member (use an XDP port if needed) and log that phone out of the UCD Group. Then set the overflow destination to another UCD group that contains the required extension members. When you or the KX-TVS transfers to the 1st UCD group it is always immediately overflowed to group 2 and if all are busy the OGM plays. Only problem is the DISA cards cost so much. You would think with the cost of the OGM chip being so low, they would lower the cost of the DISA cards.
