oopps, i'll try again with the right mail account...

make sure one of the users didn't program crap in their vm features, like maybe 
pager notify on
msg waiting.  if they set the phone number wrong (like forget the "9"), it 
could change the port
to pickup dial, forward all calls, etc and the port dies after it tried to set 
the pager.

it's a problem with analog integration, the user can set up an outgoing number 
sequence the ksu
interprets as a set extension feature.  forgetting the 9 opens the door;-)  
train them, or turn
off their ability to have the vm dial outside numbers.
