It seems you are referring to a crimped terminal that includes a crimped in
place strain relief that crimps down upon the insulation.
I have always found these difficult to find so have a substitute method:
Use an otherwise suitable single crimp connnector, crimp in place and fill

It’s called a ring terminal - Stein Air has good ones, and marine stores
like West Marine have good ones, don’t use cheap aluminum automotive ones.
Also use a proper ratcheting crimp tool to set them. This one off Amazon
has served me well for many years and lots of projects.

Yes I agree with Larry. After sleeping on the comments I made concerning my
door lifting up, the pins were still inside the canopy frame. They actually
slid up in the frame and that is what kept it from opening any farther.

I too have bicycle cable brakes on retractable gear. Workable, but never
great. Putting on the expensive drums (research the KR newsletter) helped
some, and replacing the bicycle brake cables with motorcycle cables would
help a lot.
Cable brakes are light, cheap, reliable, never need to be bled,
your landing gear looks nearly identical like mine. But my breaks on the
wheels are cable activated, which is one of major obstacles preventing me
to take it to the sky... I am wondering if yours were cable breaks as well
initially, but you managed to convert it into hydraulic breaks correct? If
