I dont think this is about tail aerodynamics, that's a bandaid. It's about the Center of the weight being where it supposed to be. I had a nose-heavy Avid and you could trim, but as soon as power was reduced, nose got heavy again. It would never trim for balance at all power levels. Very annoying.

This is what was recommended and what I used. I later did change out the 4-11 for 5 X 5 on the same wheels. The WHLW50S1.25 using the WHLAXLE2 axle assembly will work with the 11x4-5 tire and tube. The WHLAXLE2 uses 4 0.25 bolts on 1.25 centers. See N64KR at http:
