Gee, that sounds almost like starting my engine on the Magneto cause it has impulse coupling (spark retard), and running it on that and the electronic, which is fixed. Now, if I loose the magneto, I wonder what will happen. Maybe next time I am up flying, I will turn off the Magneto and see, Oh
