I think I will live with the 2" of travel for the control movement at the stick
connection. Since I haven't built the control horns for the ailerons yet I see
some corrections can be made. (How many I Build to get it right will depend.)

Can someone measure the total travel the aileron cable makes at the stick
connection? Mine is looking like 1.75" maybe 2.0". Is this going to be enough?

Also most of the joints are also backed up with plywood skin which also acts
like a gusset. Its your choice to build as you see fit. Just keep your glue
joints from starving.

ur pitot static system. If your static ports get
blocked.
Some use heated air from the cowling as carb heat and or intake manifold heat.
I agree with Colin that SOMETHING needs to be there for heat to the intake.

us used the table to draw out the fuselage
layout. If you put anything on the MDF you might not be able to read your work.
Just remember to protect the table with 3 or 4 mil plastic before glueing up
any joints.

gussets blocks for the fuselage sides. I
removed the pressure blocks and was able to reuse them for the other side.
GUESS I NEED TO GET MY SITE UP AND RUNNING. In other words If you can build
quality cabinets then your woodwork for the airplane will be impressive as
well.

Question:
I am installing my trim tab in my Elevator on the Left side so I can open the
canopy and see the position of the tab prior to take-off.
