Alex I have used construction styrofoam on rebuilding my wings. I'm not sure if this is the same type of styrofoam you are refering to but it works for me. With styrofoam use only epoxy resin because styrofoam is not compatable with other resins. Vinylester resin will disolve the styrofoam. Ken Ran
