Alex
I have used construction styrofoam on rebuilding my wings. I'm not sure if
this is the same type of styrofoam you are refering to but it works for me.
With styrofoam use only epoxy resin because styrofoam is not compatable with
other resins. Vinylester resin will disolve the styrofoam. Ken Rand used
styrofoam on the original KR.

OK, I understand the difference on fuel resistance.
Considering that, I will not use wing fuel tanks at all, what about this
case?
Really, I want to know your opinion about STYROFOAM SMALL CELL.
Could be used this type of styrofoam as core on the wings for instance?

NO, it will melt when in contact with fuel, Virg
2# density polyurethane will not melt when in contact with fuel
