Most of us work a lifetime to retire in dignity and worry that a law suit could wipe us out financially. Most KR builders are not rich but I'm sure that some have a net worth that would attract an attorneys attention. I wonder if there is a net worth that is a cutoff to an attorney. Must you be a millionaire to be attractive target for an attorney or is 1/2 or 1/4 mil worth suing? If so and your net worth is in excess of that figure you may be better off giving your KR to a museum or destroying it. Dana or any attorney, comments please.
