I turned my lady over a week or two ago to change the u/c to tricycle. All good. Except I noticed several skin cracks radiating from the square cornered cut outs in the wing skins. Now they have lasted a while ... my a/c first flew in 1989 I think and the plans are dated 1982. I'm not sure when all

Ok I finally had some success with the KRnet search engine. It seems like Rand Robinson recommended the crank centerline be 1-1/2" below the top of the longeron. But I'm still open to other suggestions. I couldn't find anything on my plans, maybe I wasn't looking hard enough.
