Since you are familiar with the area, you can decide which place would be best
overall. We had a banquet in a hangar at Mt Vernon within the last three years
at least once that I remember, so that doesn't bother me, I like airplane
hangars.

Since the spars are the key structural part of the wing, the foam is
really only there to provide a place for the skin to bond to. You can
use whatever foam you want, though things like location and type of
things like fuel tanks will play a part in that decision, ultimately
it's up to yo
