Hi Victor,
I am not a French speaker, but I am supporting Koha libraries for French
speaking schools in West Africa. My team recently provided local installs
to schools in Togo. Other French schools will be served in the coming
months.
I'll be glad to help if possible.

Hi CS,
What version of Koha is running on the old server and what version is
running on the new server?
I've relocated my data from a server running Koha 20 to one running Koha 21
without issue. Both servers were Debian 10. It is fairly simple using the

I'm interested to see your borrowers table, too. Can you try to resend the

Hi Keith,
Sorry if my answer is too basic. You might have already tried these steps.
Just starting with the extra basics to double check the easy items. My old

Correction to my apt install command in the previous reply.
To fix, I upgraded "libmojolicious-perl" and "
libmojolicious-plugin-openapi-perl" upgraded with it.
I ran: sudo apt install libmojolicious-perl

Recently, I've been getting many 503-Service Unavailable failures running

My librarian reports that Koha crashes when he is adding/editing a record

Hello,
I cannot find the barcode/spine label creator in Koha 22.11. It was in the
Tools menu before I upgraded to 22.
I want to print a label showing the barcode number for my books.
Has this tool moved to another area? Does it still exist on 22.11?
Thank you for the assistance.

HI David,
Thank you. I'll look into the Apache settings as well. That reminds me of a
similar issue I had with a PHP application and the problem was PHP
execution time settings.
Also, I located an error message in the log. Looks like I'm getting a
permission denied error for exports.pl.

Hi Tom,
A few versions ago, I did an upgrade and things broke. I found that I was
missing dependency modules that failed to download and install.
Are you able to access the staff interface with your super admin/super
librarian account?
If so, go to* More* > *About Koha* and click the Perl modul
Hi David (and any others who might have this problem),
I stumbled across the answer (prayer works!).
I checked to see if the "cgi" Apache module was installed and enabled. It
wasn't! The module "cgid" was enabled, but not "cgi". Apparently, the
export.pl script requires regular "cgi".
To fix, I

Enabling the "cgi" Apache module fixed the problem.

Hello,
(I've tried sending this email twice but it is not getting onto the mailing

I did this process on an older version of Koha (22.05), but it's not
working for me on version 23.11.06 (maybe I forgot steps along the way?).
