Hello, My catalog has been growing over the last year. Recently, I am no longer able to run the Catalog Export tool. When I click "Export Catalog data" I get a 503 error message "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."
I checked the intranet-error.log file and see this message: [Fri Jul 12 05:45:12.477178 2024] [cgid:error] [pid 3064:tid 3064] (13)Permission denied: [client 107.122.176.130:41544] AH01257: stderr from /usr/share/> Can someone explain what this message means? And if it's related to the export catalog data failure?
