- when i'm push ALT+TAB app lost focus, but as before work ok.

For as long as I worked without -gui switch, everything was ok.
Then I was work with the-gui, and the application was with GTWVT, and
too all was ok..
But now, when I link without -gui (want to go back to character mode),
or with -std switch, app has allways two window, one text console and
two WV

You're right, __HARBOUR__ was defined before, so how about this modified
version which requires manual macro only for pre 1.0.0 Harbour version (which
aren't probably that widespread anymore):
