After clearing up some questions and getting an SGA from IBM to make
sure, the IP Clearance of the "Atomos Codebase" contribution passes.
We will proceed to incorporate the code in Felix.

Thomas Watson.
Atomos is a Java module framework using OSGi Connect which is a
