Let me try to rephrase that: The project has been done by Thomas Watson who has an iCLA, works for IBM, and is a Felix PMC. I was assuming that would be enough to have him be able to contribute this code. If we think we want something more like a specific SGA or CCLA from IBM than I can try to work with him on that. Is that what we want?
