The final report, which may differ slightly from the one in the wiki, is
submitted to the board and stored in SVN. [1]

Hi,
Thanks for doing that PJ, I’ve updated the formatting and corrected the podling
list that need to report this month and sent out the notification emails.
You can access the step needed by running “report_runbook.py”.

Special thanks to our Champion, Yonik and our Mentors Xuanwo, tison and hulk!
Can we go ahead and share the news in our community and social?
Also, update the Readme docs to start referring as "Apache Iggy (Incubating)"
or need to wait until the repos are migrated over to Apache GitHub?

This is awesome, thanks Yonik!
Really appreciate everyone's support. We are very excited and looking forward
to making "Apache Iggy" a great success and contributing to the ASF family!

Yeah. IIRC technically a repo under the apache org is a mirror to our
GitBox deployment and we owned the data as we owned SVN data.

It could be that the stubs are generated by the python scripts in
incubator svn but that the reports are not now committed to svn and
just appear in cwiki.

This makes sense to me as well. I believe we can store the generated reports in
SVN.
One question that comes to mind is: where are our old reports? There seems to
be a big gap between 2022 and 2025.
On Mon, Feb 3, 2025,
Thank you for the information. Please add me as a shepherd. I can help review
up to two projects per month.

I think there is probably a requirement to store the reports in ASF
svn but the idea of automating some of the generation tasks is
probably a good item to discuss.

Hey, everyone
I'm starting this thread to discuss whether it is a good idea to migrate the
incubator report workflow to a GitHub-based system. Our current workflow is
Confluence-based and involves many manual tasks. I also find Confluence

Hi everyone,
I generated the stub for the February report. I'm afraid that I don't
know how to get Confluence to take markdown and format it so the
Confluence page looks a bit naff. Feel free to replace it. I committed
the generated reports/report202502.txt to svn.
I'm not sure why some podlings e
