It might be useful to know: The "current" board report is built as a board agenda which starts as a shell and is filled during the weeks ahead of the meeting with reports, comments, director approvals, and may contain private information.
During the board meeting, the agenda is updated with votes, action items, and more comments. After the board meeting, the agenda is split into two files: the to-be-public board minutes, and the archived agenda which contains sensitive data. The public minutes remain editable to correct any inconsistencies or errors (e.g. some private data was inadvertently included). In a future board meeting, the board approves the public minutes and they are moved into the public section of svn.
