I'm considering reuse the apache/incubator repo and migrate the scripts [1] under tools [2].

We should investigate what parts of actions should be handled manually and what the other parts can be automated. [3] https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/report_reminders.py One concern is that we currently use apache/incubator to host the website and perhaps a new repo (incubator-reports) can be more dedicated.
