Browser cache issue. It shows 4.12 for me.

I just noticed Installer page link still points to an "obsolete" 2.7 installer.
Because it fails at the end with the message "Impossble to clean up temp dir,
Installation aborted".
I thought this was fixed in 2.7.

It seems that localized strings from properties directories are dynamically
loaded ( from some URL) when the Installer is started.
I understand that strings that are dependent on the installer script are loaded
dynamically.
But why these
I've injected US english text into the "Install Log" and "Close" buttons
because if we fail early enough, we haven't pulled in the localized
strings, so changing to red is a valid choice.
Auto-displaying the log is also an option.

I don't think this is going to work. If I bake in en_US, the english
strings will appear for a bit before the localized strings appear.

Okay, I just tried installing FlexJS again. Everything seems to have
downloaded and copied over correctly, but the Installer keeps showing that

connection drops reconnects.
