These versions will let you see how the "show log for early failure" looks
like.  Just install the installer (but don't run it yet), unplug from the
internet, then run it.

There are many possible failure cases and I wouldn't be surprised if I
didn't get all of them.  My main goal was to tackle errors before the
progress squares show up.  The en_US properties are now embedded so the
early errors will not be localized.

I'm not going to post an RC7 unless folks say this is ok, or unless nobody
responds.
