I can confirm Alt-TAB stops working when Thunderbird mis-behaves.
Normally it would show 1 more red (i.e. Window) dot than necessary.
But today it is showing 5 extra dots.

It happened twice today.
I press a kew, and the screen comes back, with the password request, but it is
"frozen".
If I move the mouse, it only moves on the other screen, and no typing happens.

No i uninstalled all releated cinnamon with apt-get purge cinnamon* &&
apt-get autoremove, i did also restore of gnome-desktop and gnome-
session with dpkg-reconfigure command but i had to reinstall entire

I am having the duplicated sources problem myself... i was about to file
a bug report for it but it looks like it's not worth it, anyway here are

the /etc/pmount.allow as to make it user-mountable but nautilus doesn't
seem to get notified when the volume gets mounted. Restarting dbus

I believe that gnome's default "cancel" icon (a red cross) is more
meaningul, the "cancel" icon provided by the human iconset would be more
appropriate for the "revert" action (for which a very similar icon is
already provided). Just take a look at the non-sense this "cancel"

ok josue, i'll be filling the bug report for gparted asap, suggesting
the gtk-yes and gtk-no icons should be used instead, but i still do
believe that the "cancel" icon is way too similar to the "revert" one

i've just filed a bug concerning this issue (bug 45444), what about
using the gtk-yes and gtk-no icons instead (this has been already
suggested in my other bug report)? but please, let's not hardcode

it would be nice if we could provide an option to make the partition
user mountable, very easy to implement, it all boils down to adding an
entry to /etc/pmount.allow

The "computer" view in nautilus isn't updated accordingly when a volume
is mounted through, for example, pmount/mount issued directly from the
terminal. I noticed this is not the case with the cdrom drive:
everything works as expected. As a side note, double-clicking on an

okie now the lpoptions file in .cups is updated accordingly and gnome-
cups-manager properly seems to parse it, problem is, I've just printed a
doc from evince but my personal settings are still ignored, it's the
system wide settings that are being used (i.e. stuff in /etc/cups/pppd)

Running a fully updated dapper here. The volume I'm trying to mount is
an ext3 partition on my SATA drive, which I made user-mountable adding
it to /etc/pmount.allow. The behaviour is quite odd, as I have already
stated: double clicking the icon in nautilus actually causes the volume
to get mounted
tried the daily iso today as to make sure i was running in a clean
environment but I am still having that problem...
