@David Tombs: I think that there is some connection between these two
problems, anyway I have just reported the bug.

I think that mine is not a g-p-m problem, but an ACPI problem.
I don't know why I can see more information about the battery using "lshal" or 
"acpi -V" only after a simply "cat" command on /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/* 

So I have found a raw solution, I have added the follow command on rc.local:
"cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/info"
and now it work.
