Well, the Makefiles should be changed so the html pages also depends on the
English versions (so that they are remade when the English version is
updated, if that is not done, it defats the whole thing).

Ideally, every part of Debian, including the web site would be
available in every language. Of course, this is not likely
to happen in the near future.
I have been thinking about what the purpose of intro/international
should be and here are my thoughts. Comments appreciated.

not looking for comparing CVS version numbers between both files. That is,
