acroread 5.06. Running GNOME on sarge here, GNOME is set to use emacs
editing shortcuts.
Google does not have much to say about it except that some other guy

isn't a soundcard. So:
1. I have to execute ./snddevices
2. Then, run alsa-config
3. Then run alsamixer (to unmute)
And then I have sound again. Any suggestions to avoid having to go through
this process?

I tried to open the /home directory thru
the shortcut in my Desktop ( using KDE 2.2.x)
and i received a message containing the following:
KDEInit could nou launch 'kfmclient':
Could not find 'kfmclient' executable.
Does anyone know how to repair this?!

Now, in this exact moment I'm running Debian Woody - kernel 2.4.18
using KDE 2.2.x :-) Using the steps above :-)
