I have uploaded jekyll 3.8.3 to experimental (I wanted to update
ruby-rouge, ruby-gollum-lib and ruby-sanitize), since I don't use jekyll
myself if you can test it and confirm it before I upload to unstable,

I've been trying to help get jekyll updated to its latest version after
the major update, but I've run into a bit of a conundrum that needs your
advice about how you want the problem solved.
