Many packages have already migrated to Testing, and a few will in the next
days. The current state can be seen at our meeting page:

https://pad.riseup.net/p/VgAOdhg6XmdJqxlmFpK6 -> Pre work

Some issues are still open.

- ruby-google-cloud-errors, ruby-version-gem miss source-only uploads

- diaspora could make it into testing, but that requires to package the latest
version and also the latest versions of its dependencies (ruby-diaspora-
federation*)

- ruby-riddle fails tests on 32-bit architectures, otherwise builds just fine

- ruby-clockwork is RC due to flaky tests

- camping requires some work (there is a new upstream); I have done parts, but
not committed the result yet

- a dozen packages are RM candidates in my opinion and should be discussed in
Paris

Any help is greatly appreciated. Packages without autopkgtest tests won't make
it into Bookworm if you start fixing them during our meeting in Paris. Thus,
please upload them now. We can fine-tune any packages in Paris, but if they are
not in Testing by then, they might not make it into Bookworm at all.
