There is now.

look for "testing migrations":
https://udd.debian.org/dmd/?email1=pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers%40lists.alioth.debian.org&email2=&email3=&packages=&ignpackages=&format=html&onlysidnottesting=on#todo

all in-sid-but-not-in-testing packages with their versions:
https://udd.debian.org/dmd/?email1=pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers%40lists.alioth.debian.org&email2=&email3=&packages=&ignpackages=&format=html&onlysidnottesting=on#versions

the ones with bugs:
https://udd.debian.org/bugs/?release=sid&notbookworm=only&merged=ign&fnewerval=7&flastmodval=7&ruby=1&sortby=id&sorto=asc&format=html#results

UDD is hardly documented. But the above should give us a good overview.

There are multiple packages which obviously just miss a source-only upload.
Some might not even be necessary for Bookworm (can we tag those somehow?).
