I have now amended the patch to use the correct ID as per
draft-barbato-avt-rtp-theora-01, section-6.1.
Ekiga uses the wrong ID so it is not possible to test the theora part of
the patch at present. I will file that with Ekiga separately as I using
their 3.x for testing.

I am running it on UDP.
Changing to TCP makes it work through the error, however the error in
the log stays. Are you running over TCP or UDP?
The error is not observed if running lenny versus etch. However lenny vs
lenny and lenny vs etch source rebuilt on lenny gives makes it fairly
reproducibl
The problem is still there with 2.1-rc21. So both 2.0 and 2.1 if built
on lenny show this problem. With UDP they get stuck, keys go out of sync
and exit. With TCP they the connection trucks along, however log
messages show that there is still a problem.
