There are furlers available that allow you to drop the furling drum and use a
jib that has a bolt rope. You may be able to have the best of both worlds if
you can have a loft install a rope slider to replace the hanks on your present
sails. You would still need a jib cut just for the furl
And if you're replacing every port lens, number them as you take them off so
you can put the new ones back in their original locations. Using the old ones
as templates is the best way to get a good fit.
