After a beautiful sail yesterday in Narragansett Bay by Fort Adams (site of this year's NE Rendezvous - still room to sign up..), I noticed that a piece of the white teflon (?) plastic ring around the rudder post had come off. It is located under the helm seat hump and the 2 horizontal pegs that
