I totally agree with what the other 37+ owners have to say about racing and
cruising. The holding tank is small 17 USG for cruising the Great Lakes but the
boat is easily modified to get 45 USG. The PHRF rating alone should tell you
its a fast boat for racing. Its an easy boat to sail

We have put several thousand miles on it and have had it long enough to
know we are very happy with the boat. We haven't found anything we don't

every way. We don't race so I will leave that to others, though I
will say that the fin keel should serve you well. We have the wing
keel and it has been great for cruising in the pacific northwest.

I've owned my 1990 C&C 37+ since 2005 (Stardate 10544.7 to be exact)
and positively love the boat. Ken Heaton on this list also owns one and he can
share his thoughts.
There are lots of plusses -- very roomy inside, big cockpit, lots of
