I owned a '90 37+ with a centerboard. 4'10" draft with the board up & 8'3"
down. That was a nice combination. Unfortunately there were structural problems
with the backstay chainplates(one partially pulled through). The aft bulkhead
was only tabbed to the hull in spots not completely as expected. Water pools in
various places instead of draining to a central low point. I would not buy this
boat again.
