Running clamd 0.80rc3 with postfix and amavis using local socket and maxthreads set to
10 but only one process is ever running.
Surely I should see multiple processes spawned by the PPID?
Compiled on RH8 with threads enabled.

I'm having a hard time getting the new clamav to work with my exim+exiscan
configuration as well. I'm running Suse 9.0 w/ Exim 4.32. I'm seeing the
same errors as others on the list.
I use a local socket, and tried various config option changes without any
luck.(and checking perms) clamdscan do

I just installed and ran clamd. I was wondering what does the STREAM command
do ?
When I tried the option I got the port number back and then I telnet to the
port and sent a file(which clamd SCAN reported as infected) I got the message

I installed GNU MP but forgot to rebuild clamav, did a fresh
'./configure --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man --sysconfdir=/etc;
make; make install' and it corrected the issue.
Sometimes reading the instructions once isn't enough!!
