Yes, that's the answer. But only for the problem with the log file. But in the log isn't anything that helps with the freshclam problem. But now I started freshclam with the option --debug and I become this result. ClamAV update process started at Wed Oct 15:13:27 2004 LibClamAV debug: Can't open CVD file man.cvd ERROR: Can't get information about db.de.clamav.net host. ERROR: Connection with ??? failed. But I don't know why!
